1. Property Listings

We guarantee that all property listings on our platform are verified. Each listing undergoes a thorough legal and physical inspection before being published. We do not engage with fake titles or misleading property details.

2. Site Visits

Clients are encouraged to schedule site visits for any property of interest. Site visits are conducted by our agents and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. For plots or homes located outside major cities, transport costs may apply.

3. Reservation and Deposit

To reserve a property:

• A 50% deposit of the total price is required.

• This deposit is non-refundable after 14 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Full payment terms and conditions will be shared upon agreement to purchase.

4. Title and Legal Support

We provide legal assistance during the property transfer process. This includes:

• Verification of title documents.

• Preparation and witnessing of sales agreements.

• Liaising with government offices for title deed transfer and registration.

5. Diaspora Clients

We serve clients based outside Tanzania with secure processes including:

• Virtual tours.

• Document scanning and online verification.

• Legal representation via power of attorney, when applicable.

6. Commissions and Agent Fees

• For buyers: No hidden commission. Our fees are included in the property price.

• For sellers: A standard 5% commission applies on successful sale.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If a transaction is cancelled within 14 days of deposit and before legal processes begin, a partial refund (up to 75%) may apply.

• After 14 days or after legal services commence, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval.

8. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share or sell your data to third parties without consent.

9. Complaints & Disputes

• We aim to resolve all client concerns within 7 working days.
